The experience of previous years indicates that expectations from PPPs do not correspond to the achieved results, in particular, given that sometimes such a result was “privatize the rewards” from public-private partnership projects. Moreover, not all PPP projects meet the requirements of “fit for purpose” in the interests of the state.
