Planning and Ensuring Sustainable Development of Socio-Economic Systems : proceedings of the 1st International Scientific and Practical Conference (18 December 2025, Poznan) / compiled by O. Sylkin ; organized by Paulina Kolisnichenko. Poznan : WSHIU University of Applied Sciences, 2025. Part 1. P. 130-131.The paper investigates the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of forming financial and economic mechanisms for implementing innovations in the management of land management enterprises. The specific nature of innovation activities in the field of land organization and geodesy, which is characterized by the high capital intensity of modern technologies (GIS, UAV, laser scanning, AI), is analyzed. Sources of financing for innovation projects are systemized, including internal corporate funds, bank lending, equipment leasing, government grants, and venture capital. An economic-mathematical model for evaluating the efficiency and risks of innovative managerial decisions has been developed. It is proven that optimizing financial flows and implementing internal innovation audits minimize the payback period of investments, increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the geospatial services market, and ensure their sustainable development amid the digitalization of the economy.ukfinancial and economic mechanismsinnovations in managementland management enterprisesmanagementfinancing sourcesequipment leasinginnovation efficiencygeospatial services marketreturn on investmentdigitalizationFinancial and economic mechanisms for the implementation of innovations in the management of land management enterprisesArticle
