Р. 127–132.The article aims to identify key competencies of specialists in the context of the sustainable development concept. The method of cluster analysis was used to assess the key competencies of specialists in the context of sustainable development. The research used the OECD Skills for Jobs database (2021), which contains estimates of surplus (score from -1 to 0) and deficit (score from 0 to +1) of different skill groups of specialists in 44 EU countries, OECD, and other countries.The key competencies of specialists in the context of sustainable development include systemic, strategic, critical thinking, creativity, cooperation, integrated problem solving, empathy, interdisciplinarity.
