| dc.description | The paper deals with approaches of determination of the information potential structure of the company. Determined that the information potential is a collection of information resources and ability to implement them, providing the conditions for its long-term development through the generation, storage and use of knowledge. On the basis of summarizing the resource part of information potential it was allocated informational, technological, financial and organizational management components. Information component displays an information security of a company, the degree of completeness, accuracy and contradictory of information that is needed to make effective management decisions. The technological component reflects the ability to perform operations of collection, processing, storage, storing, issuing and generation of information resources in an organization quickly and accurately. The financial component characterizes the possibility of providing financial resources, information development projects, as well as the financial stability of the company in the process of its implementation. Organizational and managerial component is meant as the formation of an appropriate management information system operations and management of the organization to ensure the information activities of the last. An allocation of the content of the information potential by including an information specialist competence as an integrative personality characteristics that reflect its ability to determine information needs, search, storage, collection, publication and generation of information and information resources of the company. There are three basic components that are proposed within the competences of information to consider: an information component as the ability to work effectively with information in all forms of submission; Computer- technology component, which determines the ability and skills to work with modern computer hardware and software ; procedural and activity component, which determines the ability to use modern means of information and computer technologies to work with information resources and various tasks. As a bridge between resource and potential parts of information potential in proposed information and intellectual component, which includes human, structural and consumption potential. | dc.description.abstract | В статті розглянуто підходи щодо визначення структури інформаційного потенціалу підприємства. На основі узагальнення ресурсної частини інформаційного потенціалу виділено інформаційну, технологічну, фінансову та організаційно-управлінську складову. Запропоновано виділення змістовної частини інформаційного потенціалу, шляхом включення інформаційної компетентності спеціаліста як інтегративної характеристики особистості, яка відображає її здатність до визначення інформаційної потреби, пошуку, зберігання, накопичення, видання та генерації інформації та інформаційних ресурсів підприємства. В якості сполучної ланки між ресурсною та здатністною частинам інформаційного потенціалу пропонується виділити інформаційно-інтелектуальну компоненту, яка включає людський, структурний і споживчий потенціали. | uk_UA |
