Museums as cognitive spaces: integration of psycholinguistics, marketing and educational programs

Nowadays, museums play an important role in the educational process, being not only custodians of cultural heritage but also centers of education and dialogue. To achieve the greatest effectiveness in working with visitors, museums can integrate psycholinguistic and neuromarketing elements that help strengthen emotional engagement and improve information perception. Now even the advertising text is the object of a new direction of modern linguistics, which investigates the functioning of language in mass media.

These theses result from the author's participation in the collective short-term mobility program «European Elections 2024 and the Future of Europe», organized by the University of Valencia, Spain. These documents are a logical continuation of the issues raised during this program. Political campaigns in today's world are faced with globalization and digitalization. This requires new approaches to communication with voters. Humanity has realized the ability of language to actively influence political processes relatively recently [1, p. 4].
