Анотація
У статті висвітлюються сутність, значення, мета особистісно-орієнтованого підходу до навчання у вищій школі, його вплив на формування особистості здобувачів вищої освіти. Розкриваються особливості впровадження особистісно-орієнтованої освітньої технології при викладанні навчальної дисципліни «Психологія» (за професійним спрямуванням) з метою формування у майбутніх фахівців загальних і фахових компетентностей для майбутньої професійної діяльності.

In the article, the essence and the objective of the person-centered approach to studying at higher school are shown. Theoretical and methodological principles of personality-oriented learning technology have been analyzed. The influence of the person-centered approach to studying on the formation of the student's identity is found out. It has been proved that the priority of personality development is determined by the basic principles of person-centered studying: creation of psychologically comfortable conditions for studying; development of cognitive abilities and positive qualities of emotional-volitional sphere; subject-subject (dialogical) way of pedagogical interaction; acquisition of knowledge through the personal experience of the subject of studying; satisfaction of the needs of realization of intellectual, cultural, creative possibilities of the personality. The basic ways and principles of realization of the person-centered approach to studying are determined. The expediency of the introduction of this technology into the educational process of higher school is substantiated, in particular, while studying the discipline «Psychology» (for professional purposes) for future specialists in the agrarian sphere. It can be realized in full or in part during lectures, seminars and practical classes not only on psychological and pedagogical disciplines, but also other disciplines of general and professional training.
