    Integrated assessment of the agri-food sphere as a means of ensuring sustainable development

    Achieving food security is possible only through the balanced development of all components of the agri-food sphere: agriculture, the production of finished food products, logistics, and food trade. The sustainable development of the agri-food sphere implies the preservation of the environment and the improvement of the social well being of the rural population. The Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations in 2015 have a significant impact on the agri-food sector, especially in the context of digitalisation, as they contribute to the transformation of approaches to production, distribution, consumption and resource management. Therefore, when conducting a comprehensive assessment of the state of the agri-food sphere of a country, it is necessary to supplement production indicators with social and environmental ones.

    Management of the agricultural and food sphere of the economy in the context of digitalisation, taking into account international experience and national challenges

    Modernizing the agri-food sphere in Ukraine increasingly entails a departure from traditional governance models. Current challenges – including European integration, economic digitalization, and climate adaptation – are driving the structural, institutional, and technological modernization of agricultural policy. One of the key development vectors is a stimulus-based state policy focused on activating the internal potential of farming through youth-oriented initiatives, support for family farms, and transparent access to financial and administrative resources. Within this framework, a specialized development strategy targeting youth-led farms and the implementation of flexible financial tools (tax incentives, compensations, subsidies) are essential to ensure sectoral stability. Equally important is the harmonization of Ukrainian agricultural legislation with EU norms, particularly in taxation and labor relations. The State Agrarian Register (SAR) plays a vital role as a digital platform for registry and communication with farmers, enhancing the overall efficiency of public policy implementation.

    Methodology of integral assessment of the level of digitalisation in Ukraine and its impact on the development of agri-food sphere components

    Food security is one of the key components of the national security of the state and implies that the state guarantees the satisfaction of the population's needs for quality, safe and affordable food in the volumes necessary to ensure an adequate standard of living. The agri-food sphere plays a key role in ensuring food security, as it encompasses not only the production of agricultural products, but also their processing, logistics, storage and distribution. In a modern economy characterised by high dynamics of technological change, the development of the agri-food sphere is impossible without active implementation of innovative proects. The development and implementation of such proects requires comprehensive information support, which includes complete, up-to-date, reliable information on the obects and processes related to the implementation of the relevant proect.

    Modelling of financial, economic and logistics management in the agri-food sector of Ukraine in the conditions of greening smart production

    The article examines the features of financial, economic and logistical management in the agri-food sector of Ukraine, taking into account modern trends in ecology and the implementation of smart production. The need to develop integrated assessments for analyzing the state of the industry and its subsystems is substantiated, which allows avoiding a wide range of economic, social and environmental factors. A comprehensive approach to modelling management processes is proposed, which is based on the ap-plication of mathematical and statistical methods, in particular multivariate analysis, the principal components method and normalization of indicators. The study has developed amethodology for assessing key aspects of the agri-food sector, which includes deter-mining a set of statistical indicators, their structuring and division into stimulants and de-stimulators, which allows obtaining an objective picture of changes in the industry. It is revealed that the digitalization of management processes plays a key role in ensur-ing the effectiveness of financial and economic regulation, increased accuracy of ana-lytical data and forecasting the further development of the industry. The introduction of smart technologies allows not only to optimize logistics flows but also to increase the environmental sustainability of agricultural production through the rational use of re-sources and reducing environmental impact.
