Item Integrated assessment of the agri-food sphere as a means of ensuring sustainable development("Modern Scientific Research: Theoretical and Practical Aspects", Riga, Latvia, 2025-05-26) Panasenko, N. L.; Панасенко, Наталія ЛеонідівнаAchieving food security is possible only through the balanced development of all components of the agri-food sphere: agriculture, the production of finished food products, logistics, and food trade. The sustainable development of the agri-food sphere implies the preservation of the environment and the improvement of the social well being of the rural population. The Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations in 2015 have a significant impact on the agri-food sector, especially in the context of digitalisation, as they contribute to the transformation of approaches to production, distribution, consumption and resource management. Therefore, when conducting a comprehensive assessment of the state of the agri-food sphere of a country, it is necessary to supplement production indicators with social and environmental ones.Item State Mechanisms for Managing the Activation of the Business Sector in the Post-War Period(Philosophy and Governance, 2025-12-22) Dorofyeyev, O. V.; Дорофєєв, Олександр ВікторовичThe article focuses on the role of the entrepreneurial sector in full-scale war and post-crisis recovery, and on the development of mechanisms to activate it. The purpose of the article is to analyze the current state of entrepreneurship, identify the challenges it faces, and systematize existing support mechanisms for small and medium-sized enterprises. The article defines the role of small and medium-sized enterprises in contributing to GDP growth, providing employment, and maintaining the country’s economic resilience amid deep structural shocks. The scale of losses and destruction in the entrepreneurial sector, caused by hostilities, disruptions to production and logistics chains, energy instability, and declining effective demand, is examined. It is substantiated that the combined impact of military, institutional, and market factors has shaped a multidimensional operating environment for small and medium-sized enterprises, characterized by the coexistence of financial, human resource, infrastructural, regulatory, and socio-psychological challenges. The most affected sectors of the economy and the key points of their vulnerability are systematized, and the consequences of destructive processes for the financial sustainability and managerial capacity of enterprises are analyzed. It is revealed that, despite significant losses, a portion of small and medium-sized enterprises has demonstrated the ability to adapt through product diversification, business process optimization, and the active adoption of digital technologies.
