dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates the scientific principles for optimizing the fundamental elements of soybean (Glycine max L.) sowing technology tailored to the specific agro-climatic conditions of the Ukrainian Forest-Steppe. The author conducts a comprehensive analysis of the interaction between sowing dates, seeding rates, and row spacing, and their combined effect on the growth and reproductive potential of modern varieties. The research focuses on determining the biological optimum for sowing, taking into account soil temperature dynamics and moisture availability during the early stages of vegetation. Special attention is given to the spatial distribution of plants and its influence on the formation of the leaf area index, photosynthetic potential, and the competitive ability of crops against weeds. The study identifies the most effective technological parameters that ensure the synchronization of critical development phases with favorable environmental factors. The findings provide a practical framework for maximizing soybean yield and resource efficiency through precision in the initial stages of crop establishment.
