dc.description.abstract	The war in Ukraine has led to the emergence of new threats and the intensification of existing ones. In particular, in the years preceding the martial law, domestic enterprises have already experienced a number of threats from their own staff, which in turn had a negative impact on their economic security, as personnel security is a component of it. The risk of financial losses, the risk of a decrease in the value of the company's assets and the security of the business entity as a whole depend on how effectively the management addresses the issues of personnel security.
