Abstract
Trends of development and application of different classes of information
systems in management according to the types of business processes were investigated in
this article. A brief overview of current state of the use of cloud technology in the world
and Ukraine was represented. Advantages of using model of "SaaS - Software as a service"
was explained on the example of innovation international project "Bitrix 24", where the
main objectives of CRM systems were realized combining with wide opportunities of
coordination of communicative and business processes of modern companies. The project
was translated into the majority European languages and uses tools of the social Intranet
environment.
