dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates the feasibility of choosing gamification training as an effective form of interaction in the educational process. The results of the trial implementation of the author’s gamification training "Emotional Explosion" are presented, with both qualitative and quantitative analysis conducted regarding the influence of gamified practices on the development/optimization of emotional intelligence, communication and collaboration skills, creativity and cognitive flexibility, stress resistance, and adaptability
