| dc.description.abstract | High rates of organic production today are caused by the historical background and modern biological technologies. The positive influence of organic production on the environment and high quality of organic products provide prospects for organic production in Ukraine. Defining characteristics of the category of quality of organic products offers the prospect of further research in this category determining its relevance.
