E.Nanoparticles of iron/cobalt and iron/manganese oxides in the form of stable suspensions are used in the development and manufacture of nanotracers, which are used to check the mixing processes of animal feeds, which are in both solid and liquid states, the coding of liquid additives and the efficiency of their uniform distribution in prepared premixes and compound feed.Publication The role of mixing and homogeneity in modern biotechnological processes(ПДАУ, 2025) Sakhno, T. V.; Semenov, A. O.; Panchenko, V.; Barashkov, N. N.; Sakhno, Yu.; Сахно, Тамара Вікторівна; Семенов, Анатолій Олексійович; Панченко, В.; Барашков, М. М.; Сахно, Ю. Е.Mixing is a critical component of biotechnological processes, particularly in submerged cultivation of microorganisms, including recombinant strains. In such systems, homogeneity of the nutrient medium, uniform oxygen distribution, and stable pH and temperature depend directly on the effectiveness of mixing. This issue becomes especially significant when working with genetically modified microorganisms, which, due to the presence of foreign DNA, demonstrate increased sensitivity to external stressors, including mechanical agitation.
