In particular, for the needs of the territorial communities of Ukraine in the conditions of war, the uninterrupted operation of agro-food supply chains and ensuring the ecological safety of these territories has become especially important. However, with the advent of projects often executed under conditions of uncertainty and task variability, other methodologies, such as Agile, have emerged, influencing the further development of project theory itself. The relevance of this work is considered in several dimensions and is related both to the need to study the features of planning and implementing ІТ-projects and to the selection of specialized software for implementing modern and effective planning and management methods and tools for IT projects. The work presents the results of practical cases applying various IT project management systems, such as MS Project, Jira, and Trello, during university education. Z.; Поночовний, Юрій Леонідович; Махмудов, Ханлар ЗейналовичThis paper explores the dependability and availability of programmable devices (PDs) with controlled multilevel degradation using Markov models. It presents a classification of single-fragment and multi-fragment models based on key parameters influencing failure rates and reconfiguration capabilities for PDs. The study develops a Markov availability model for PDs, detailing state transition matrices and simulation methods in MATLAB. Three PD models are considered: a single-fragment model, a multi-fragment model with degradation, and a multi-fragment model with degradation and reconfiguration. The simulation results demonstrate how reconfiguration and degradation affect system availability over extended operational periods. The urgency of transitioning to a more effective audit and management system for all types of resources in territorial communities is underscored by the current absence of specialized information systems designed for these specific tasks. The authors demonstrate that deploying ERP systems to manage the diverse activities of territorial communities represents a complex, yet innovative solution. Specifically, a Four-Phase Model for implementing each segment of the project have been adopted. Drawing from the extensive experience of university researchers involved in consulting for numerous territorial communities across Ukraine, this work develops principles for constructing main elements for the project. Z.У статті висвітлюється вплив концентрації агрохолдингами земель сільськогосподарського призначення на перспективи розвитку сільських територій. Проведений аналіз даного питання виявив цілу низку проблем соціального та екологічного характеру. Стійка тенденція до посилення концентрації агрохолдингами сільськогосподарських угідь не має відповідного позитивного впливу на розвиток сільських територій. Зазначається, що відсутні ефективні механізми впливу на агрохолдинги з боку органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування. Досліджено ситуацію щодо збільшення площ сільськогосподарських угідь господарствами Миргородського району Полтавської області, які входять до вертикально-інтегрованих компаній. Запропоновано механізм залучення агрохолдингів у територіальний кластер з метою налагодження співпраці щодо впровадження соціальних, економічних і екологічних проектів громади.
