    The Ukrainian Industry 4.0 strategy envisages the positioning of Ukraine as a high-tech, post-industrial country, integrated into global technological chains of value creation and producing unique engineering services and high-quality products. In particular, for the needs of the territorial communities of Ukraine in the conditions of war, the uninterrupted operation of agro-food supply chains and ensuring the ecological safety of these territories has become especially important. This paper explores the possibilities of creating a unified digital information space in a modern cloudbased enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to improve the management of all subjects in the territorial community and facilitate the transition to the Industry 4.0 technology landscape.

    У статті досліджено світовий досвід управління інноваційним розвитком на основі аутсорсингу. Запропоновано впровадження програми Business Process Model and Notation у діяльність підприємства для підвищення ефективності управління та контролю за бізнес-процесами, які передано на аутсорсинг. Запропоновані в дослідженні впровадження дозволяють досягти економічного ефекту, зменшити тривалість технологічного циклу та розробити чіткі рекомендації щодо управління бізнес-процесами, які пов’язані з організацією інноваційної діяльності на агропромисловому підприємстві.

    The influence of agricultural holdingsforthe development of ruralareas [Вплив агрохолдингів на розвиток сільських територій]

    У статті висвітлюється вплив концентрації агрохолдингами земель сільськогосподарського призначення на перспективи розвитку сільських територій. Проведений аналіз даного питання виявив цілу низку проблем соціального та екологічного характеру. Стійка тенденція до посилення концентрації агрохолдингами сільськогосподарських угідь не має відповідного позитивного впливу на розвиток сільських територій. Зазначається, що відсутні ефективні механізми впливу на агрохолдинги з боку органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування. Досліджено ситуацію щодо збільшення площ сільськогосподарських угідь господарствами Миргородського району Полтавської області, які входять до вертикально-інтегрованих компаній. Запропоновано механізм залучення агрохолдингів у територіальний кластер з метою налагодження співпраці щодо впровадження соціальних, економічних і екологічних проектів громади.
