    Розвиток інноваційних маркетингових стратегій на фоні внутрішньої міграції спричиненої бойовими діями

    У статті розглянута внутрішня міграція (спричинена бойовими діями), що є складним і багатогранним явищем, яке може суттєво впливати на маркетингові стратегії підприємств. Цей аспект потребує детального аналізу для розуміння його впливу та виявлення стратегічних можливостей. Нами були розглянуті ключові аспекти впливу внутрішньої примусової міграції та збройних конфліктів на продовольчу безпеку та маркетингові стратегії. Показано, що ці виклики можуть стати серйозними загрозами для життя та добробуту мігрантів і місцевого населення. Розглянуто значення розвитку інноваційних маркетингових стратегій на основі аналізу впливу внутрішньої міграції та змін у поведінці споживачів. Виявлено потенціал нових ринкових сегментів та стратегій адаптації до них. Також розглянуті аспекти продовольчої безпеки в контексті міграції та конфліктів, а також показано, як маркетинг може відігравати важливу роль у подоланні цих викликів, сприяючи інформуванню громадськості, підтримці місцевих виробників, стимулюванню попиту на здорові продукти та залученню інновацій у галузі продовольчої безпеки.

    Peculiarities of the EMI model as an educational approach in the UK and Ukraine

    Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses and training are essential for teachers who wish to improve their knowledge, skills and abilities throughout their careers. Modern approaches to teaching subjects in a foreign language, particularly English, face a number of problems. This study aims to compare and develop the approaches used by teachers of English Medium Instruction (EMI) in the UK and Ukraine. In these European countries, EMI is seen as a key element in the internationalisation of higher education. However, teaching academic subjects in English is difficult, especially for non-native speakers. The results of the study provide for the use of the Active Learning method in the implementation of the EMI model in Great Britain and Ukraine.

    Gamification training as a tool for managing personal qualities in the context of sustainable human capital development
