Публікація Integration of digital innovations and flowline methods as a vector of construction management transformation(Collection of Scientific Papers "International Scientific Unity", 2026) Protas, R.S.; Поночовний, Юрій ЛеонідовичModern construction is characterized by growing facility complexity, strict deadline requirements, and dynamic cost pressure. Traditional deterministic scheduling tools such as Gantt charts and the Critical Path Method are often insufficient under these conditions. The paper examines the flow-line method of construction organization, which ensures continuous, uniform, and coordinated movement of specialized crews between work zones. In the context of Construction 4.0, the study systematizes digital technologies that can be integrated with flowline planning, including 4D/5D BIM, Line of Balance and location-based management systems, genetic algorithms, particle swarm optimization, discrete-event simulation, and automated progress monitoring tools such as LiDAR, UAVs, and RFID/BLE. The integration of BIM, flow-based planning, and digital monitoring creates an ecosystem for spatio-temporal modeling, resource coordination, and timely deviation detection. Scan-to-BIM and digital twin approaches help close the information loop between design, execution, and control. The paper indicates that such integration can reduce project duration by an estimated 15–25% and improve resource efficiency and predictability. Key barriers include high technological entry costs, fragmented contractual culture, and data interoperability issues. The transition from static schedules to integrated time–space models is presented as an important step toward the industrialization of construction.
