A comprehensive methodological approach to assessing the aggregate system of indicators, covering active business processes of forming the optimal level of the functional potential of service cooperatives and providing an individual approach to the diagnosis of their operating system in rural areas is substantiated. The network of service cooperatives of rural areas by types and areas of activity, as well as the amount of state support for agricultural service cooperatives in Ukraine are analyzed. There are few roadblocks for greater application of Markov modeling: accounting of additional system components increases the model state space and complicates analysis; the non-numerically sophisticated user may find it difficult to select method and tool to provide an accurate analysis of constructed Markov model. Thus, achieving highly trusted result for safety-critical systems is a nontrivial task. It is necessary to introduce plant recourses into fuel and energy complex of our country. Purpose. Assess the available potential of agrobiomas and phytomass of energy crops for the production of biofuels in Ukraine. Methods. Field study, laboratory analysis, analytical approach. Results. The article presented detailed assessment technique, determined potential and calculated energy efficiency of using agro-biomass and energy crops phytomass for biofuel production in Ukraine. During the years of the experiment energy crops had much more yield of equivalent fuel than agro-biomass of agricultural crops had. According to energy potential energy willow, silver grass (Miscanthus giganteus) and switch grass (Panicum virgatum) provide the greatest yield of equivalent fuel ( in the range of 8.4 - 18.7 t eq. f./ha) in comparison with plant residues of field crops. Conclusions. Use of agro-biomass as well as energy crops phytomass for biofuel production allows to decrease Ukraine energy dependence upon non-renewable energy sources and to increase population welfare.Item Assessment of logistic risks with the purpose of strategic management(Academy Of Strategic Management Journal, USA, 2019) Makarenko, P. A model for logistic risks assessment without taking into account the costs of storing excess stocks over time, based on the axiomatic theory of economic analysis, has been built. It was determined that the causes of failures and unavailability of the BAS component architecture can be hardware (physical), software (design) faults, and successful attacks on vulnerabilities (interaction faults), first of all. BAS failures are related to reliability issue, attacks on vulnerabilities is related to security issue. These two reason groups are considered as elements of two disjoint sets. The paper presents the detailed analysis of the BAS architecture consisting of control (FPGA-based), communication (ZigBee) and data levels considering their faults and vulnerabilities. The labor market is always dynamically developing, and an important issue today is the employment of people and the professional orientation towards the future, which is based on the analysis of the needs of specialists. The main factor causing imbalances in the labor market is the cyclical nature of the development of the market economy, which, in turn, causes the corresponding fluctuations in aggregate supply and aggregate demand for labor. Overcoming the imbalance in the domestic labor market requires the creation and provision of a system for collecting and analyzing information on the professional qualifications of the workforce to develop forecasts of the development of the domestic education system. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of the development of the domestic system of education by ensuring the balance of the labor market. The necessity of designing and implementing a system of forecasting the professional structure of the labor market is grounded on the basis of quantitative and qualitative surveys of employers and experts in the field of employment. It is noted that one of the important areas of labor market balance in the context of the development of the domestic education system is to improve the marketing activities of educational institutions. The key indicator of the competitiveness of higher educational institutions in the domestic and world markets is the correspondence of educational programs and curricula of training specialists to the real requirements of time. The assessment of the quality of educational services of higher educational establishments of Ukraine is made and the most effective sources of finding job are determined. V.; Osypenko, S.; Калініченко, Антоніна ВолодимирівнаA new technology for the production of the BIO-GEL organic fertilizer which is based on physical phenomena with no chemicals used has been suggested. The technology involves reproduction of “wild” microorganisms in peat, biohumus, sapropel, fertile soil. In the course of the production process natural bacteria are hardened at temperatures above 70° С and at low temperatures below -20° С. BIO-GEL has combined the previously incompatible properties of inoculants, fungicides and humates. Field studies conducted for several years on sandy testing grounds at extremely high temperatures in the south of Ukraine have shown that the new fertilizer has pronounced properties of a natural herbicide, acts as a natural adaptogen, especially efficient after chemical weeding and under extreme weather conditions, intensifies herbicide effect enabling its dose reduction by 30-50%, increases crop yield by 8-38%. Experiments were carried out on cereals, legumes, vegetables, melons, forest plantations, including organic farming. The experiments included both seed treatment and plant treatment during vegetation. In addition we have studied the effect of the biological preparation against the control when used alone or in combination with known chemical weed and pest killers.
