In the context of globalization of the national economy, the agri-food sector as one of the leading business players faces a significant number of challenges, particularlythe problem of ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises onboth domestic and foreign markets. Implementation of management strategies aimed at the introduction of new technologies in business processes allows increasingthe competitiveness of national agricultural enterprisesbased ondigitalization. However, to succeed, it is necessary to provide an adequate personnel management strategy that meetsthe imperative of theintegratedmanagement strategy of the enterprise. Attention is drawn to personnel management strategies, which play an important role in the implementation of the motivational mechanism to achieve strategic goals through the effective realizationof the labor potential of the agricultural enterprise. The key elements of any motivational mechanism are motivators, which arethefactors of behavior and efficiency of personnel.

The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that leadership development today is increasingly closely linked not only to the personal qualities of the manager, but also to what digital tools he uses in daily management practice. In the activities of innovative companies, this is no longer abstract digitalization, but the specific use of Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday.com, Miro and other platforms that change the methods of analysis, communication, planning and control. In this context, digital solutions become not only technical support for business, but a real environment for the formation of a modern leadership style.

Financial security of agricultural processing enterprises in trade activity management

The article reflects approaches to assessing the financial security of agro-processing enterprises (using the example of the sugar industry of Ukraine) through the prism of trade management. The scientific work focuses on identifying how decisions in the field ofsales, pricing, logistics, and export diversification are translated into indicators of stability, liquidity, profitability, and probability of bankruptcy. The research methodology is based on a systemic and interdisciplinary approach to assessing the financial security of agro-processing enterprises. As a result of the study, key trends in the development of the sugar industry of Ukraine were identified, and the main indicators were grouped, the results of which have an impact on the financial security ofagro-processing enter-prises. The study found that for agro-processing enterprises in the sugar industry of Ukraine, the determining factors of financial security are the effectiveness of sales man-agement, the level of logistics costs, the capital structure, and the share of export op-erations, which directly affect the indicators of liquidity, profitability, and creditworthi-ness. It is proven that the combination of multi-model diagnostics of bankruptcy, indi-cators of the Beaver system, and the author's integral indicators of trade load and fi-nancial elasticity allows for a reasonable identification of the level of financial stability of enterprises and the formation of predictive assessments of their financial security. The obtained conclusions and individual research results created the basis for the policy of planning the management system of financial security in the agro-processing sector, in particular through improving the effectiveness of strategies for product sales, opera-tional control of expenses, and targeted streamlining of the capital structure. The sci-entific conclusions expand the understanding of the architectonics of supporting the financial security of agro-processing enterprises and strengthen the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of effective organizational and managerial deci-sions in the field of trade activities, investment, and planning of financial policy or strat-egy.
Fiscal instruments for supporting the financial security of agricultural enterprises in the face of global challenges

The aim of this study was to assess the role of fiscal instruments in maintaining the financial security of Ukraine’s agricultural enterprises in the context of military and global challenges. The research methodology was based on the application of systemic institutional-normative, functional-analytical and statistical methods, which made it possible to analyse tax incentives, budgetary support, preferential lending, as well as the impact of inflation and monetary policy on the liquidity and solvency of agricultural enterprises. A summary of the results of the comprehensive analysis showed that the introduction of a minimum tax liability averaging around 1,400 UAH/ha was associated with increased transparency in land use, whilst simultaneously increasing the tax burden on farms with low margins. The differentiation of valueadded tax rates (20%, 14% and 0%), combined with wartime tax relief, according to secondary sources, helped to reduce the cash flow gaps of individual enterprises by approximately 20-30%. Direct budgetary support in 2022-2025, estimated at between UAH 4 and 5 billion annually, as well as preferential lending, which exceeded UAH 104 billion in 2024, are seen as factors reducing debt servicing costs by approximately 15-20%.

Improvement of Controlling in the Financial Management of Enterprises

One of the components of a highly effective management system is operational controlling at the enterprise. At the same time, the most important indicator characterising the efficiency of the functioning of the enterprise and, accordingly, subject to controlling is its solvency, which affects the level of competitiveness of the enterprise and the efficiency of its adaptation to the changing conditions of the market environment. In this regard, the purpose of the research is to modernize the procedure of financial controlling based on the development of an integral model for determining and analysing the transformational solvency index. The article forms a universal model of financial condition assessment, in which all threshold values of the coefficients, calculated according to existing methods of financial stability assessment, are reduced to one scale and the accumulated impact of indicator values for previous periods of economic activity is taken into account. On the basis of the correlation analysis, the nature and strength of the dependence of the transformational solvency index on the factors influencing its formation and causing tendentious trends in the dynamics of its change during a certain period are determined.
