    The article substantiates the feasibility of choosing gamification training as an effective form of interaction in the educational process. The results of the trial implementation of the author’s gamification training "Emotional Explosion" are presented, with both qualitative and quantitative analysis conducted regarding the influence of gamified practices on the development/optimization of emotional intelligence, communication and collaboration skills, creativity and cognitive flexibility, stress resistance, and adaptability

    The article examines the role of mastering Germanic languages and foreign literature as an effective strategy for developing students’ intercultural competence and personal growth within the European educational space. Emphasis is placed on the integration of language learning and literary studies as a means of fostering intercultural communication skills, critical thinking, and cultural awareness. The study highlights the importance of humanistic education in preparing students for active participation in a multicultural and multilingual European society
