dc.description.abstractWhen developing measuring transducers of physical quantities, the current tasks are the problems of increasing their sensitivity and accuracy, expanding functional capabilities, simplifying the design and reducing mass and dimensions, and increasing reliability and manufacturability. To solve these problems, a methodology for constructing measuring transducers with optimal design parameters has been created. The methodology has been tested in the development of linear displacement, pressure difference and temperature sensors.
