The article analyzes the current trends in the formation and development of agricultural service cooperatives in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy. The directions of formation and development of the service cooperative have been determined. It has been proven that the agricultural service cooperative during the period of its formation and development shows its effectiveness and efficiency of functioning in market conditions of management
