The processes of globalization of the economy, the depletion of natural resources, the significant changes in the demographic sphere, the widening gap in the levels of socioeconomic development of the countries have set the problems completely incommensurable with those that humanity has previously solved. In the current conditions of the development of society, the unsettled social issues restrain further economic development and require their immediate solving. In the second part the scientific, technical, information, economic aspects of managing of socio-economic systems in the context of the transformation of society and their characteristics in different countries and regions are considered. The third part examines the humanitarian problems arising from geopolitical, ideological, economic, technological and information changes in society, and their systematic analysis. In the fourth and fifth section, the trends in the transformation of human capital and labour potential in modern society are studied. Particular attention is paid to the role of education in a changing world and its impact on the speed and quality of changes in socio-economic systems. The monograph is a scientific
