dc.description.abstractSocial networks can be both a blessing and a curse: people spend a lot of time on the networks and get used to the approval that they seek from other people (in this way they do not learn self-determination, so everything depends on opinions), longer sessions of screen time and fragmented work processes – all these components have completely changed our lives [1].
