    Acquiring sustainable development of the public-private partnership process is an urgent task, given the need for post-war reconstruction in Ukraine. Nowadays, development is suspended, which is experiencing an investment gap due to the risks and uncertainty of war conditions and insufficient guarantees for investors, an imperfect legal framework, and unresolved institutional problems. Therefore, the task of identifying obstacles to the development of public-private partnerships and improving their mechanisms arises.

    New Principles of Formation of State Supervision over the Legality in the System of Local Self-Government

    In 2016, the system of state control over the legality of decisions of local self-government bodies, within which general supervision was entrusted to the prosecutor's office, was abolished, but a new mechanism for such supervision has not yet been created. The lack of a new mechanism of state supervision over the legality of decisions of local self-government bodies increases the risks of the spread of legal nihilism and does not meet the goals of Ukraine’s European integration. Hence there is a need to substantiate the new principles of building a system of state supervision over the legality of decision-making by local self-government bodies.

    Prospects for the Production of Niche Grain Crops in the Context of the Need to Ensure Food Security

    One of the tools of strategic development of the agricultural sector, which plays a key role in ensuring food security, is diversification, which can be niche production, particularly the cultivation of niche grain crops. The concept of "niche crops" is briefly revealed in the context of the aggravation of the world's food security problem. Their economic importance and potential are detailed and disclosed using the example of oats and millet due to their inherent advantages in the economic, ecological, agrotechnical, and social plane, multifunctionality, and the possibility of producing various products with high benefits. Using the example of the main commodity producers, the dynamics of the production of niche grain crops in Ukraine in 2020-2022 were studied. Using the index method and the method of regional rating assessments, the competitiveness of oats and millet in agricultural enterprises was determined separately for each type and region of Ukraine.

    The Effectiveness of Data Analytics Tools in the Implementation of Human Resource Management Strategies

    The application of data analytics tools in the field of human resource (HR) management is becoming the most urgent issue in view of the growing need to optimize management processes. The aim of this research is to study the influence of analytical technologies on the improvement of decisionmaking processes in HR management. The research employs the methods of statistical analysis, comparative and survey methods with secondary data processing. The article outlines key data analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors; their role in increasing productivity and reducing staff turnover is determined. The results of the study demonstrate that the effective implementation of analytical solutions enables companies to increase the accuracy of forecasts regarding employee productivity and improve management processes. The article also analyses the main challenges that organizations face when integrating analytical systems, including the lack of skilled personnel and the complexity of technology integration. The practical significance of the study is recommendations for optimizing the implementation of analytical tools to increase the effectiveness of HR management. Further research can be aimed exploring innovative approaches to integrating analytics into business processes and further improving technologies for HR management.
