V.; Семенов, Анатолій Олексійович; Попов, Станіслав Вячеславович; Яхін, Сергій Валерійович; Сахно, Тамара ВікторівнаTo determine the photobiological safety of UV lamps, the following measurements were carried out: spectral irradiance, total actinic irradiance in the wavelength range of 200-400 nm, and irradiance in the UVA range (320-400 nm). These parameters were measured using the optical radiation system OST-300. The photobiological safety of LUF 40-1, LE 15 lamps and their radiation risk group are established in accordance with EN 62471. The levels of UV radiation generated by LE 15 low pressure discharge lamps at a distance of 0.25 m belong to the high risk group (GR3), and LUF 40-1 - in the group of insignificant risk (GR1). The task to ensure compliance of the composition of natural gas with the values of a number of basic characteristics before its supply to main pipelines has been solved. The results of a complex analysis of the gas preparation technology of the deposit, which is located in an agricultural area and is at a late stage of exploitation, are reported. It was established that in order to ensure the supply of conditioned gas to the system of main gas pipelines under the conditions of low gas pressures, the construction of gas treatment plants is required, first of all, for its drying. The method of ensuring gas quality considered in the current paper involves the use of a block-type gas drying installation as part of a low-temperature separation installation and a source of artificial cold. As the latter, it is envisaged to use a freon-refrigerating unit. The study shows that the proposed block gas drying units can be unified for different gas productivity and are characterized by relatively low capital and operating costs. The main advantages of the introduction of gas preparation block installations and the scheme of connecting the installation to the existing line are presented. Based on the results of the economic efficiency indicators, it was established that the use of a block gas drying unit is a profitable project with the value of the accumulated reduced free cash flow of almost 843 thousand conditional units; the investment payback period is 3 years. The results could be effectively used in the gas distribution sector, provided that the gas is extracted from a field close to exhaustion, which is characterized by low reservoir pressures.Publication Electrical Generators Service Maintenance(ПДАУ, 2024-12-10) Popov, S. М.; Амосов, В. В.; Мачок, Ю. В.; Петренко, Д. І.The object of this study is experimental equip ment in the form of a soil bin intended for scienti fic and educational investigation of rotary tools. The task solved was to clarify the specificity of rotary tools operation and to design a small sized soil bin taking into account this specificity. The data collected during experimental research and theoretical analysis confirmed the determin ing influence of the kinematic parameter on the indicators of interaction between the rotary tool and soil. As a result of the research, a concept was proposed and a soil mini channel was designed, which makes it possible to investigate the process mechanics and to perform graphic modeling. The result relates to the fact that the media tor of motion transmission during the experiments was a ground trough, and the drive belt is rear ranged in engagement with pulleys of different diameters. This provides a different ratio of linear movement of the trough and rotation of the working body. The peculiarity of the design is the combination of variable movable troughs and graphic screens with a stationary position of the rotor. The design provides simplicity and visibility of the assignment of different values of the kinematic parameter. A special feature is the modularity of the structure. This makes it possible to conduct research with variable troughs with different soil composition and immediately acquire a graphic interpretation of the kinematic mode on the screen. This implementation of the soil mini bin simplifies the observation and recording of the result of interaction between the rotor and model environment. The field of practical use is scientific research in the area of agricultural engineering. The data obtained can be used to improve existing tools.
