    In the context of globalization of the national economy, the agri-food sector as one of the leading business players faces a significant number of challenges, particularlythe problem of ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises onboth domestic and foreign markets. Implementation of management strategies aimed at the introduction of new technologies in business processes allows increasingthe competitiveness of national agricultural enterprisesbased ondigitalization. However, to succeed, it is necessary to provide an adequate personnel management strategy that meetsthe imperative of theintegratedmanagement strategy of the enterprise. Attention is drawn to personnel management strategies, which play an important role in the implementation of the motivational mechanism to achieve strategic goals through the effective realizationof the labor potential of the agricultural enterprise. The key elements of any motivational mechanism are motivators, which arethefactors of behavior and efficiency of personnel.

    Improvement of Controlling in the Financial Management of Enterprises

    One of the components of a highly effective management system is operational controlling at the enterprise. At the same time, the most important indicator characterising the efficiency of the functioning of the enterprise and, accordingly, subject to controlling is its solvency, which affects the level of competitiveness of the enterprise and the efficiency of its adaptation to the changing conditions of the market environment. In this regard, the purpose of the research is to modernize the procedure of financial controlling based on the development of an integral model for determining and analysing the transformational solvency index. The article forms a universal model of financial condition assessment, in which all threshold values of the coefficients, calculated according to existing methods of financial stability assessment, are reduced to one scale and the accumulated impact of indicator values for previous periods of economic activity is taken into account. On the basis of the correlation analysis, the nature and strength of the dependence of the transformational solvency index on the factors influencing its formation and causing tendentious trends in the dynamics of its change during a certain period are determined.

    Diversification of the economic base through the development of the bioeconomy will not only contribute to the sustainability of Ukraine's economy but also create new op-portunities for its post-war recovery. The greatest potential in Ukraine's bioeconomy lies in bioenergy, namely renewable energy sources. In the context of Russia's military ag-gression, the development of renewable energy sources is one of the key factors in ensuring Ukraine's energy independence and energy security. Therefore, a market anal-ysis of the Ukrainian renewable energy market in the context of changes in financial andeconomic processes is an urgent scientific problem. The paper identifies medium-term, endogenous, production, deterministic, regulated, direct, and quantitative market-forming factors of the renewable energy market in Ukraine.

    The existence of contradictions between the natural environment and economic activity, including the functioning of agricultural clusters, has led to the need to transfer production to a qualitatively new level, associated with adaptation to environmental conditions. In this regard, the objective of this study is to develop algorithms and economic-mathematical models for environmental safety assessment and decision support in the environmental management system of the agricultural cluster. The articleformulates criteria for assessing the environmental safety of agricultural enterprises, which are divided by types of environmental performance of the agricultural cluster (impact on the environment, impact on workers of enterprises participating in the cluster, impact on the environment and people through agricultural cluster products).

The clustering models based on the optimal partner network cooperation were proposed in order to ensure the strategic development of territories, to attract budget leading enterprises and to support small businesses. A descriptive model of government regulation of clustering, marketing management and labor market in the context of globalization, business bankruptcy risk and Covid-19 was determined.
