Risk management of agricultural enterprises is investigated as a fundamental element of ensuring their sustainable development. The authors classify key risks (production, financial, market, environmental), propose stages of risk management (identification, assessment, monitoring, minimization) and tools for their neutralization. It is emphasized that a systemic approach to risks increases the resistance of enterprises to external threats, contributes to resource efficiency and long-term stability of socio-economic systems.
