There are few roadblocks for greater application of Markov modeling: accounting of additional system components increases the model state space and complicates analysis; the non-numerically sophisticated user may find it difficult to select method and tool to provide an accurate analysis of constructed Markov model. Thus, achieving highly trusted result for safety-critical systems is a nontrivial task. I. ; Калініченко, Антоніна Володимирівна; Калініченко, Олександр Володимирович; Кулик, Максим ІвановичScientific article carefully examines publications concerning the problem of using biomass as a renewable energy source in Ukraine. It is necessary to introduce plant recourses into fuel and energy complex of our country. Purpose. Assess the available potential of agrobiomas and phytomass of energy crops for the production of biofuels in Ukraine. Methods. Field study, laboratory analysis, analytical approach. Results. The article presented detailed assessment technique, determined potential and calculated energy efficiency of using agro-biomass and energy crops phytomass for biofuel production in Ukraine. During the years of the experiment energy crops had much more yield of equivalent fuel than agro-biomass of agricultural crops had. According to energy potential energy willow, silver grass (Miscanthus giganteus) and switch grass (Panicum virgatum) provide the greatest yield of equivalent fuel ( in the range of 8.4 - 18.7 t eq. f./ha) in comparison with plant residues of field crops. Conclusions. Use of agro-biomass as well as energy crops phytomass for biofuel production allows to decrease Ukraine energy dependence upon non-renewable energy sources and to increase population welfare.Item Assessment of the financial security level of Ukraine(2021) Kalinichenko, O. In this paper, a new perspective unified platform for determining of availability level of the IaaS Cloud pertaining to the information components of the CEI is described. Availability Markov chains based models are developed for different scenarios of space systems software online verification. L.; Mustafa Qahtan Abdulmunem, A.-S.; Andrashov, A.; Поночовний, Юрій ЛеонідовичThe paper deals with developing and researching Markov’s models and assessing of the availability of Instrumentation and control systems which are a part of smart building automation system (BAS). It was determined that the causes of failures and unavailability of the BAS component architecture can be hardware (physical), software (design) faults, and successful attacks on vulnerabilities (interaction faults), first of all. BAS failures are related to reliability issue, attacks on vulnerabilities is related to security issue. These two reason groups are considered as elements of two disjoint sets. The paper presents the detailed analysis of the BAS architecture consisting of control (FPGA-based), communication (ZigBee) and data levels considering their faults and vulnerabilities. Besides, maintenance procedures (without, common and separate maintenance for reliability and security) are described.Item BALANCE OF LABOR MARKET IN THE CONTEXT OF DOMESTIC EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT(Science and Education, 2018) Маркіна, Ірина Анатоліївна; Markina, Iryna; Naumov, Oleksandr; Kuznichenko, SerhiiThe article deals with the issue of the balance of the labor market in the context of the development of the education system in Ukraine. The labor market is always dynamically developing, and an important issue today is the employment of people and the professional orientation towards the future, which is based on the analysis of the needs of specialists. The main factor causing imbalances in the labor market is the cyclical nature of the development of the market economy, which, in turn, causes the corresponding fluctuations in aggregate supply and aggregate demand for labor. Overcoming the imbalance in the domestic labor market requires the creation and provision of a system for collecting and analyzing information on the professional qualifications of the workforce to develop forecasts of the development of the domestic education system. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of the development of the domestic system of education by ensuring the balance of the labor market. The necessity of designing and implementing a system of forecasting the professional structure of the labor market is grounded on the basis of quantitative and qualitative surveys of employers and experts in the field of employment. It is noted that one of the important areas of labor market balance in the context of the development of the domestic education system is to improve the marketing activities of educational institutions. The key indicator of the competitiveness of higher educational institutions in the domestic and world markets is the correspondence of educational programs and curricula of training specialists to the real requirements of time. The assessment of the quality of educational services of higher educational establishments of Ukraine is made and the most effective sources of finding job are determined. V.; Osypenko, S.; Калініченко, Антоніна ВолодимирівнаA new technology for the production of the BIO-GEL organic fertilizer which is based on physical phenomena with no chemicals used has been suggested. The technology involves reproduction of “wild” microorganisms in peat, biohumus, sapropel, fertile soil. In the course of the production process natural bacteria are hardened at temperatures above 70° С and at low temperatures below -20° С. BIO-GEL has combined the previously incompatible properties of inoculants, fungicides and humates. Field studies conducted for several years on sandy testing grounds at extremely high temperatures in the south of Ukraine have shown that the new fertilizer has pronounced properties of a natural herbicide, acts as a natural adaptogen, especially efficient after chemical weeding and under extreme weather conditions, intensifies herbicide effect enabling its dose reduction by 30-50%, increases crop yield by 8-38%. Experiments were carried out on cereals, legumes, vegetables, melons, forest plantations, including organic farming. The experiments included both seed treatment and plant treatment during vegetation. V.; Калініченко, Антоніна ВолодимирівнаThe aim of the described analysis is characteristic of big bluestem as an energy crop. This is prairie grass with C4 type of photosynthesis, which is not popular species in Poland. The article is a review and the aim of this study on Andropogon gerardi was to show the possibilities of its usefulness as a biomass for bioenergy production in the Polish environmental conditions based on references reports. Slow growth rate after the winter and the ease of weeding of the plantation makes Andropogon gerardi a low-cost energy crop in polish conditions. In addition, the cost of plantation establishment in comparison with the shrubby willow was determined in order to check the profitability of its cultivation in Poland.Item Classification and research of the reactor protection instrumentation and control system functional safety Markov models in a normal operation mode(CEUR-WS, 2016) Bulba, E.; Ponochovnyi, Y. The set of the models sets is obtained on the basis of the failure tree development and analysis, which includes the ICS hardware channels detected and undetected failures. There the classification of ICS in a normal operation mode, considering the different majority body modes and diagnostics levels is presented. The problem of forming an effective information security system is exacerbated by the spread of cybercrime as a leading threat to information security, both in Ukraine and throughout the world. Thus, World Economic Crime Survey shows that almost every third organization faces economic offenses, of which about a third are the cybercrimes. The paper analyzes the data of two main indicators of the country’s cybersecurity: Global Cybersecurity Index and the National Cybersecurity Index. According to the first one, some indicators of the Index in contemporary Ukraine became problematic. These are as follows: the absence of sectoral cybersecurity centers, the lack or low standards of cybersecurity of organizations and professional standards in this field, Internet safety for children, and the practical implementation of activities. Summarizing the foregoing, the most acute problems of ensuring the proper level of cyber security of Ukraine are identified, which are as follows: the lack of appropriate specialists in the field of cybersecurity, the lack of unification of the categorical apparatus in the legislation of the country in the field of cybercrime, the lack of standards of cybersecurity in organizations and professional standards in this field, the absence of sectoral cybersecurity centers, the lack of recognized national comparative analysis and reference for measuring cybersecurity, and finally, the severity of identification, investigation and disclosure of cybercrime. In order to overcome certain shortcomings, the conceptual ways of solving the problem of ensuring cybersecurity have been proposed and characterized, which mainly consist in improving the legal and organizational support for the information and cyber security of Ukraine.Item Defining the Dimensions of National Security, Financial Security and Food Supply Chain in Ukraine(ExcelingTech Pub, UK, 2018) Markina, I. It considers the main conceptual approaches to defining the notion of national security. This is an original vision on what the term “national security” stands for. The following main components of the national security are characterized: national military, economic security (including financial and food supply chain security), cybersecurity as an integral part of the informational security, societal stability. The components of the national security are analyzed through the system of global indexes: Global Peace Index, Per capita nominal GDP, Index of Economic Freedom, Global Food Security Index, Global Cybersecurity Index, and Social Progress Index.
