V.; Чайка, Т.; Короткова, Ірина Валентинівна; Ляшенко, Віктор Васильович; Поспєлова, Ганна Дмитрівна; Оніпко, Валентина ВолодимирівнаGiven the growing demand for organic soybeans and the need to mitigate the adverse effects of climate change, the study of biopreparations of various origins and their influence on plant adaptive mechanisms under stress conditions has become increasingly relevant. This study aimed to assess changes in abscisic acid (ABA) content under the influence of biopreparations in a multi-year field experiment and to analyse the relationship between ABA and the biochemical, physiological, and agronomic indicators of soybean adaptation to hydrothermal stress under organic farming conditions. The study involved the use of biological preparations based on mycorrhizal fungi, rhizosphere and nitrogen-fixing bacteria, as well as phytohormones. A range of field, laboratory (physiological and biochemical), and statistical methods was employed. The findings revealed the integration of molecular, biochemical, physiological, and agronomic stress resistance markers as a result of the enhanced adaptive potential of soybean following the application of biopreparations. Their effectiveness was evident through a comprehensive influence on key adaptive mechanisms, including: a 9.2%-36.3% reduction in ABA concentration, indicating alleviation of stress pressure; a 10.0%-27.6% increase in relative water content, contributing to the maintenance of optimal cellular water balance; a 19.2%-65.4% improvement in stomatal conductance, attributed to the optimisation of stomatal function; a 15.6%-41.8% reduction in lipid peroxidation levels (malondialdehyde), indicating effective membrane protection against oxidative stress; a 9.1%-46.6% increase in proline content, suggesting the activation of natural defence mechanisms and the maintenance of osmotic balance. Correlation analysis confirmed that the biopreparations facilitated a complex modulation of the plant stress response, optimising the balance between defence reactions and productivity, which led to a 12.3%-45.5% increase in yield even under adverse weather conditions. It was established that under water stress, the biological preparations modulated ABA biosynthesis and its regulatory role, contributing to coordinated changes in osmoprotective mechanisms, antioxidant defence, and the plant water regime. The most effective approach proved to be the triple combination of biopreparations, which ensured an optimal balance between phytohormonal regulation, physiological processes, and soybean productivity under hydrothermal stress. M.; Muzyka, D.; Chaplygina, A.Feather mites (Acariformes, Astigmata) are a large group of species in which mites of the genus Proctophyllodes Robin, 1868. Analgoidea are among the most common parasites of passerines. These mites are permanent obligate ectoparasites localized on the flight feathers, greater wing coverts, and on the tail. Most species of feather mites are characterized by high host specificity. The taxonomy and fauna of feather mites of the genus Proctophyllodes, and their morphological identification characters in different countries of the world are still a matter of research. The aim of our work was to describe the morphological features and metric parameters of feather mites of the species P. musicus Vitzthum, 1922, isolated from the common blackbird Turdus merula Linnaeus, 1758 in Ukraine. 32 parameters are determined in males and females of P.musicus mites, which characterize both their general structure of the body and sexual dimorphism. The structure and sizes of the body, gnathosoma, idiosoma, prodorsal and hysteronotal shields, epimerites I, setae cp and c3, and the distance between setae of the scapula se–se and si–si are described. In males, the sizes of adanal sucker discs, epigastric shields, genital arch, setae ps2, h3, h2, the distance between setae 4a–4a, g–g, ps3–ps3, ps1–ps1 are additionally described and determined. Lamellae in males are wide, tongueshaped, do not overlap. The aedeagus is short, slightly extending beyond the posterior margin of the genital arch. In female mites, the dimensions of the lobar shield, terminal appendages, and terminal recess are additionally described and determined, taking into account the location of setae ps1, h2, the dimensions of setae cp, c3, h3, h2, the distance between setae h1–h1, the distance between hysteronotal and lobar shields. The mite eggs were measured in the body of the female and on the feathers of the birds. The study of such movement is carried out to confirm theoretical studies on the development and justification of an analytical model of controlled gravitational movement of grain along transfer shelves. When loading grain, it can be injured when falling from a considerable height and hitting the bottom and walls of the container. This problem requires the development and study of a technical solution that would provide regulation of the velocity of grain movement when loading it into the container. Theoretical studies were carried out using the developed analytical model of grain movement and the proposed equations to find the relationships between the angles of inclination of the acceleration and braking shelves of the gravity-cascade unit. Based on the analytical model, an experimental unit was made of two acceleration and two braking shelves. The shelves can freely rotate on the axes to the required angle in the range from 0° to 90° relative to the horizontal plane. For the shelves of the acceleration sections, the angle of inclination α was chosen from the variable series of 45°, 50°, 60°. Based on the angle α, according to the model, the shelf of the first braking section was set at an angle of 20.43°, 20.48°, 20.32°, and the shelf of the second braking section was set at 38.46°, 35.28°, 29.32°. Experimental studies have shown that the velocity of grain movement is indeed regulated by a combination of the ratios of the angles of the acceleration and braking shelves. In this case, the velocity of grain in the last braking section is close to the initial flow velocity at the beginning of the first acceleration shelf. The values of the absolute and relative errors of the experiments of the experimentally determined velocities and the theoretical value of the velocity indicate quite acceptable limits of deviations for this multifactorial experiment. The relative deviation of the experimental from the theoretical velocity of movement of the grain mass does not exceed 12.76%. The results obtained and their analysis indicate that the presented analytical model and the designed gravity-cascade unit due to the braking and acceleration sections allow solving the problem of controlled movement of the velocity of grain for its loading into containers without injury, in particular into silo structures.Документ Dynamics of nutrients in the soil and spring barley yield depending on the rates of mineral Fertilizers(2021) Hanhur, V. V.The study aim was to evaluate nitrogen, mobile phosphorus and exchangeable potassium efficiency from different mineral fertilizers applied to soil at the spring barley cultivation. The impact of fertilization systems with different doses and ratios of nutrients (P45K30, N45; N23P23K15; N45P45K30; N68P68K45) on the spring barley yield from 3-years of experiments in the Poltava (Ukraine) was analyzed. The study of doses and forms of mineral fertilizers influence on the main elements content of plant nutrition at all stages of spring barley organogenesis was carried out in the soil layer of 0–20 cm and at a depth of 20–40 cm. It was found the application of fertilizers with increased nutrients content at sowing provide an increase in their content in the soil compared to the control. The highest effect was observed when the fertilizers at a dose of N68P68K45 was used. An increase in nitrogen content in the first stage of organogenesis (ВВСН 01–02) in the soil layer of 0-20 cm was 17.6%, phosphorus 35.4%, potassium 19.8% compared to control. In the deeper layer of soil 20–40 cm, the content of these elements was much lower. A significant decrease of nutrients content in the soil was observed between stages III–XII of organogenesis, but no external signs of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium deficiency were detected in spring barley plants. The application of N68P68K45 kg ha-1 of active substance and full protection crops from pests, diseases and weeds resulted in the highest grain yield of spring barley 5.27 t ha-1.Публікація Effect of Fertigation with Urea-Ammonium Nitrate on the Seed Yield of Maize Maternal Lines(2024) Marenych, M. Research conducted in 2021 − 2023 in the Central Forest-Steppe of ukraine under unstable moisture conditions demonstrated the positive impact of urea-ammonia mixture (uan) on the yield and sowing properties of maize maternal lines seeds across different maturity groups (P6/240, P5/320, P4/440). Applying 80 L/ha of UAN during the V10 (ВВСН 20) phase increased seed yield by 10.6 − 11.9% compared to the control. The highest seed yield was achieved with 120 L/ha of UAN, resulting in increases of 22.5% for P6/240, 21.3% for P5/320, and 16.4% for P4/440. however, increasing the uan dose to 160 l/ha led to a slight decrease in yield for lines P5/320 and P6/240. Statistical analysis confirmed that fertilisers significantly influenced seed yield, accounting for 37% of the yield variance, with the genetic characteristics of the maternal lines contributing 34%. V.; Staniak, M.; Єремко, Людмила Сергіївна; Гангур, Володимир ВасильовичThe aim of the study was to optimize the nutritional status and increase the productivity of chickpeas through the application of mineral and organic-mineral fertilizers as well as microbial preparations based on nitrogen-fixing, phosphorus-mobilizing, and potassium-mobilizing microorganisms. The research was conducted in 2019–2021 in the Poltava Research Agricultural Station (Ukraine). NPK fertilizers were applied at a dose, of 20, 80, and 80 kg ha−1, respectively. Before sowing, the seeds were inoculated with the microbial preparation BiNitro Chickpea (BN) and Biofosforyn (BF). Foliar feeding was carried out with the microfertilizer Freya–AquaTM C(12) Legumes (F). The development of chickpea leaf area and the intensity of organic matter production were largely determined by the supply of the main macronutrients to the plants. The introduction of NPK significantly increased leaf area and net photosynthetic productivity, while the effect of BN, BF, and F on the values of these indices was not significant. Their effect was manifested during the accumulation of aboveground biomass and the formation of yield structure elements. An increase in the seed yield was shown in relation to the application of NPK, microbial preparations, and micronutrient fertilizers. V.; Staniak, M.; Єремко, Людмила Сергіївна; Гангур, Володимир ВасильовичThe aim of this study was to determine the effects of different NPK rates and N application methods and seed inoculation with a microbial preparation on selected elements of plant growth and the productivity parameters seed yield, protein content in seeds and the yield of protein. The research hypothesis suggested that seed inoculation and a split rate of N application with an optimal supply of plants with PK could improve the nutritional status and increase the efficiency of nutrient use in peas. The studies included two factors: the application of NPK at doses of N0P0K0 (control), N15P15K15 (pre-sowing), N15P30K30 + N15 (pre-sowing + N15 at BBCH 22–23), N30P30K30 (pre-sowing), N30P45K45 + N15 (pre-sowing + N15 at BBCH 22–23) and N45P45K45 (pre-sowing), and seed inoculation with the microbial preparation Rhizogumin. The results of the study showed significant effects of seed inoculation and mineral fertilization on pea plant growth and the productivity parameters seed yield, protein content and protein yield. It was concluded that among the studied combinations, seed inoculation and the application of mineral fertilizers with fractional nitrogen fertilization with N30P45K45 + N15 were the most effective. V.Plant extracts, due to the high content of various biologically active compounds, have found their wide application in the foods, pharmaceutical industries, and agricultures, for the production of valuable and useful bioproducts. The aqueous plant extracts are most often used. The effect of the water origin used in their preparation on the extract’s composition has not been studied enough, which limits their use. The study was aimed to compare the biological effect of sage (Salvia officinalis L.) extracts prepared using water of different origins (distilled, tap, spring, bottled). The preparation of aqueous extracts was carried out in two ways, differing Keywords in the extraction temperature. In the first method, boiling water was used to prepare the extract; in the second, cooled boiled water was used. The sage leaves mass for extract preparation was 1.65 and 3.30 g. The biological activity of the extracts was assessed by testing them for radish germination. It was shown the sage leaves extracts prepared using various waters origin can differ by one and half times in their allelopathic effect on radish seeds. It was proved the qualitative composition and mass of the substance extracted from the plant depend on the water origin used for extracts preparation. Based on the research results, it was found that the application of 80 l/ha of UAN in the V10 phase increased seed yield by 10.6-11.9% compared to the control. The highest level of seed yield of the maternal line of the early-ripening hybrid P6/240 (6.16 t/ha) by 22.5%, the mid ripening hybrid P5/320 (6.20 t/ha) by 21.3%, the late-ripening hybrid P4/440 (6.80 t/ha) by 16.4% and its maximum increase compared to the control was observed in the variant with the introduction of urea-ammonia mixture (UAN) at a dose of 120 l/ha. The subsequent increase in the dose of UAN to 160 l/ha was not effective, as the level of seed yield decreased in the hybrid P5/320 by 0.5%, P6/240 - by 3.9%. Statistical processing of the experimental data using the method of analysis of variance confirms the significant influence of fertilisers on the formation of seed yields of maize hybrids, which account for 37%. The adaptive potential of cannabis varieties can be implemented by optimising their cultivation technologies. The purpose of this study was to substantiate the features of forming the productivity of cannabis varieties adapted to organic cultivation technologies. Field studies were conducted during 2019-2021 on leached chernozems. Research methods: field, laboratory, statistical and comparative calculation. The regularities of yield formation of hemp straws, fibre, and seeds depending on the genetic potential of varieties and cultivation technology were investigated. The suitability of five hemp varieties for organic cultivation was evaluated. It was established that the introduction of organic cultivation technology has a positive effect on crop productivity. With organic cultivation of Hliana and Hloba varieties, the increase in the yield of straw (0.07-0.11 t/ha) was statistically insignificant compared to inorganic technology. Cultivation of Zolotoniski 15 and Sula varieties using organic technologies increased the yield of hemp straw by 0.14 t/ha. The Lara variety showed an insignificant decrease in the straw yield. This confirmed the theory that the introduction of organic cultivation of hemp will not lead to a decrease in yields. Organic technologies for growing hemp contributed to an increase in their yield compared to the traditional one, provided that varieties were selected correctly. The best suitability for organic cultivation in terms of fibre yield was recorded in the Lara variety. The obtained results will be used to improve and introduce organic technologies for growing adapted hemp varieties, depending on the purpose of fibre or seeds.
