The conceptual advantages and technological foundations of precision agriculture in the context of the formation of Agriculture 4.0 are analyzed, highlighting the significance of progress in the autonomy of agricultural production at various levels of physical and digital technologies. Based on the experience of modern agricultural enterprises in Ukraine, the capabilities of well-known agroprocess management systems, such as Cropio and Soft.Farm, are analyzed. The ways to improve the algorithms and architecture of FMIS software complexes for effective management of interactions between factors in agrocenoses are demonstrated. However, with the advent of projects often executed under conditions of uncertainty and task variability, other methodologies, such as Agile, have emerged, influencing the further development of project theory itself. The relevance of this work is considered in several dimensions and is related both to the need to study the features of planning and implementing ІТ-projects and to the selection of specialized software for implementing modern and effective planning and management methods and tools for IT projects. The work presents the results of practical cases applying various IT project management systems, such as MS Project, Jira, and Trello, during university education. The present states of the fuel and energy sectors, the reasons for shortages of natural gas of domestic production and the perspectives of alternative gas extraction from shale are analyzed. The problems, environmental threats and risks associated with the prospects of development of alternative shale gas sources on the basis of detailed analysis of its production technologies are described. As a result of the war with the Russian Federation, the country’s economic situation is characterized by a decrease in the production output, shutdowns of some industries, and a significant drop in consumption. The main challenges faced by the enterprises are the gaps in logistics supplies, loss of personnel, falling effective demand, loss of significant areas of agricultural land due to temporary occupation, decrease in soil fertility as a result of hostilities, lack of necessary capital and the difficulties in predicting the situation in general. These factors negatively affected the food supply chains and led to their disruption. In wartime, the solution to the problem of the country’s food security is extremely important. The authors have developed multiple methodological recommendations and justified the selection of efficient tools for contemporary GIS systems. It also delves into the essence of GIS technologies, the nuances of working with geodata, and provides a concise overview of the world's most prevalent GIS platforms. The paper outlines an algorithm for developing a land resource management strategy for communities in preparation for land reform. Through the analysis and visualization of spatial data, the paper highlights enhancements in economic valuation and the ability to pinpoint risks and infringements of property rights. The study selects the Cadastr.UA system on the Soft.Farm platform, developed by Ukrainian company Quart Soft, as a notably user-friendly and promising GIS for land accounting and auditing. Research based on the experimental practical application of most functions of GIS Cadastr.UA indicates that this system aligns well with the needs for land plot accounting and auditing within the framework of Ukraine's Public cadastral map. The research is grounded in experiments conducted with commercial-purpose websites developed by university students. General characteristics and a list of essential elements and functions of the websites are provided; these sites were built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript technologies, based on original projects and designs. Both ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot demonstrated high performance in completing the assigned tasks, with ChatGPT showing broader capabilities, especially in the role of a tutor. AI proved useful in analyzing website structure and design, offering suggestions for technical and SEO optimization, and proposing innovative solutions that significantly improved functionality. The findings support the integration of AI into the educational process for training specialists in programming and web design in higher education, positioning it as an additional tool for code development, optimization, and refactoring.
