A comparative analysis of methods for the synthesis of optimal full-scale experiment experiments for cost and time costs has been carried out. The efficiency of the method was tested on a number of such technological objects: fuel consumption in the internal combustion engine, welding of thin plates, production of parts by hot stamping, and also the process of servicing machines with numerical control. А.Erosive wear due to contact of metal surfaces with flying solid particles is a typical problem of machinery. The intensity of wear depends on the hardness of the material of wearing surface and the kinetic energy of moving solid particles. A measure of wear is associated with the parameters of the track left by a particle on the surface of parts. Thus the problem of linking of these components of the process of shock interaction of counter-bodies arises.On the basis of the elastoplastic model of shock interaction of a solid particle with a flat metal surface we have created a method of determining the coefficient, which characterized the elastoplastic properties of deformable half-space at dynamic imbedding of a spherical indenter in it. This allowed predicting the intensity of erosive wear. The coefficient was determined on the basis of existing or special laboratory results of studies of shock embedding of the indenter into prototypes, and on the basis of laboratory analytical calculations. This allowed us to summarize the available experimental data on the current input parameters of the considered process. The elastoplastic coefficient depends on the initial velocity and the diameter (mass) of attacking body and on the hardness of the material of the attacked half-space.Item Determining the effect of the direction of installing the cutting edges of shredder roller blades on process parameters(2023) Sheichenko V. B.; Шейченко, Віктор Олександрович; Біловод, Олександра Іванівна; Скоряк, Юлія БорисівнаThis paper reports a study aimed at increasing the intensity of grinding of the stems of coarse-stemmed crops by establishing the influence of the orientation of the cutting edge of the cutter-shredder knives on the quality of the technological grinding operations. Analytical dependences of the planar movement of the roller-shredder were establishedand it was determined that for rollers with knives, the cutting edge of which is directed in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation: – exceeding the value of the vertical components of the total forces of resistance of the knives, which made it possible to increase the values of forces, and, as a result, more intensive destruction of the layer of plant remains; – exceeding the values of the driving force of the knives based on the dependence of the driving force on structural and kinematic parameters (roller weight, drum radius, blade height, blade inclination angle, acceleration). Experimental studies have established an excess of up to 20 % of the quality indicators of milling sunflower and corn stems with roller knives, the cutting edge of which is directed in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation.Item Disinfection of Swimming Pool Water by UV Irradiation and Ozonation(2022-02) Semenov, A. The paper discusses theoretical studies of wear of the cutting elements of working bodies of tillers to develop their technological process of hardening, providing on the one hand increase their longevity, and with another – providing quality tillage. It shows the ependence of the wear rate on the length of the cutting edge cultivator paws. The interaction of the blade working organs of tillers of the soil with the environment was characterized. The diagram of the forces acting on the blade ody and working movement direction in the soil was given. The analysis presents dependence between the linear wear lancet cultivators paw thickness and such factors as the way of friction, normal specific dynamic ressure of the soil, the hardness of the material clutches, friction area. The paper shows the effect of the angle between the polar axis and the radius of curvature of the cutting edge of the blade cultivator paws on the value of its wear. The regularities of changes in the intensity of wear feet are observed along the length of its cutting edge.Item Efficiency of seeds' germination in pre-sowing irradiation by UV-light of different spectral composition(2021-08) Marenych, M.
