    Об’єктом дослідження є підприємницькі ризики в аграрній сфері України та ступінь їхнього впливу на результати сільськогосподарської діяльності. Однією із найбільших проблем підприємницької діяльності є наявність ризиків, проте виміряти їх складно. На даний час відсутній визнаний науковою спільнотою та експертами-практиками стандарт (протокол) оцінки ризиків, який описує її завдання, методологію, процедури, статистичні аспекти та організацію дослідження. Отже, вдосконалення методичних підходів оцінки підприємницьких ризиків залишається важливим.Отриманий результат полягає у розробці концепції авторської методики якісної оцінки впливу ризиків в сільському господарстві на результати діяльності. Методика має ряд особливостей, зокрема, вона враховує вплив найбільших галузевих ризиків – природних, макроекономічних, внутрішньоекономічних, політичних та кримінальних.

    Diagnostics of motivation and value component of business communication culture of prospective specialists in agriculture

    The paper deals with the problem of evaluation of business communication culture levels of the future specialists in agriculture. The aim of the study is to research the state of development of motivation and value component of business communication culture of the agrarian university students. Motivation criterion indexes are studied with a complex of methods (survey, questionnaires, interviews with students and teachers, testing and pedagogical observation of students’ communicative activity). The results of the research show that the current system of training in agrarian universities does not provide the appropriate level of the development of motivation and value component of business communication culture. It proves the necessity of the development of efficient methods and technologies to raise students’ motivation to communicate both in native and foreign languages.

    Marketing information for holding leading positions in the market segment of the grain processing enterprises

    This paper focuses on the marketing information for holding leading positions in the market segment of the grain processing enterprises. We develop and test the contemporary approach to the analysis of the raw material market for marketing needs of the leading grain processing enterprises. Our results and findings are based on cluster analysis built according to the territorial principle. The stages of preparation and assessment of data are determined. The interpretation of results and comparison with traditional practices are also presented within the scope of the paper. The constructed model allows to find the hidden patterns in the development of priority qualities of potential counterparts taking into account their spatial dispersion. Our results might be of some interests to stakeholders in agricultural policy and regional development as well as to the policy-makers of various sorts.

    Regional aspects of the production of sugar beet subcomplex of Ukraine

    Purpose of the article is assessment of regional characteristics of sugar beet subcomplex of of Ukraine and determine the main way out of the crisis. The study used the basic methods of scientific knowledge. Among them dialectical, logical and abstract analysis system (theoretical and methodological generalizations); statistical groups (in determining the parameters of sugar beet farmers by type). The element of novelty is amending the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of production and sale of the sugar market" on the volume of sugar production from raw materials as sugar production, producing sugar plants in the country for the domestic market, insufficient and as a result, reduced financial income in budget, and the sugar beet industry was in crisis. The study analyzes the current state and development of the sugar beet industry, opened regional aspect of fish farming sugar beet subcomplex of you the ways of overcoming the crisis in the sugar beet industry.

    Social innovations of local self-government on the territory of Ukraine at the end of theXIXth – beginning of the XXth centuries: historical aspect.

    The formation of all-nobility elected local self-governing bodies on the territory of Ukraine has been analyzed. These bodies – zemstvos were created as a result of 1864 reform. Attention is paid to the social problems of different level which were solved by zemstvos in the second half of the XIXth – the beginning of the XXth centuries; their approach to work and selfnessness can be the example to contemporaries. Their activities connected with equipping zemstvo schools, orphanages, hospitals, and providing them with medicines, job placement of doctors and fighting children mortality, organizing fire prevention measures, instructive work, developing veterinary medicine, repairing roads during World War I, and solving other urgent social problems even outside their competence had positive results.

    THE REFORMS OF HIGHER EDUCATION: HISTORICAL RETROSPECTION IN MODERN REFLECTION

    Враховуючи процеси трансформації вищої школи в Україні, слід звернутися до історичного досвіду, оскільки попередні покоління освітян уже намагалисяв регулювати: рівень втручання держави в управління навчальними закладами в контексті реальної автономії вишів; право студентства на самоврядування; допустимий рівень запозичення зарубіжного досвіду під час реформ вищої школи. Рівень і глибина оцінок, наданих проведеним реформам у другій половині ХІХ – на початку ХХ ст. авторами різних епох вражає, тож ретроспекція проблеми є актуальною.Метою статті є аналіз особливостей перебігу реформ вищої школи у другій половині ХІХ – на початку ХХ ст. на теренах Російської імперії у контексті розв’язання питань керівної функції держави, можливостей і прав студентства, запозичення європейського досвіду. Для успішного вирішення завдань були дібрані методи аналізу й синтезу, метод наукової індукції, метод історичної ретроспекції. Реформування вищої школи в означений період визначалося протистоянням представників з консервативними й ліберальними поглядами. Провладні кола наполягали на німецькій моделі реформи вишів, обстоюючи жорсткий контроль і становість вищої школи, а професура – французької, з позицією проти абсолютного копіювання моделі реформ. Позитивну реакцію суспільства одержали статут 1863 р. та «Тимчасові правила» 1905 р. Статут 1884 р. освітяни оцінили переважно негативно. Типовими помилками означеного періоду були: бажання жорсткого й централізованого контролю над вишами, підтримка ідеї становості, недовіра до керівництва, нерозуміння причин студентських протестів, неусвідомлення ролі особи у впровадженні реформ, призначення очільниками МНО осібі з консервативними поглядами.
